Learn the pillars of the Nonviolent Communication framework. Transform the difficult moments into opportunities to deepen Self-connection. Learn to trust the kind of communication that is honest and heart-led. Get some space from your inner critical voice and self-doubt.

Restorative conversations support connectedness, clarity, centeredness, emergent whole personhood, and wellbeing. They help expand relational depth and capacity. They are not therapy and are not to be used as a substitute for therapy.
